MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES & AFTERCARE WARRANTY

As part of our comprehensive planting service, earhart uk offers all clients an informative list of all new planting and aftercare notes.

Good maintenance and aftercare is the key to succesfully establishing a new planting scheme, we identify 3 elements of this maintenance.

1. WATERING
2. FERTILISING
3. WEEDING

Success of a newly planted garden is only assured if plants are of good quality and correctly planted, All plants supplied and planted by earhart uk are guaranteed for 3 months post planting (conditional on you watering & weeding to our specification). We will replace any plant failing in this period with one of the same species or similar substitutes (dependant upon Nursery availability)

AFTERCARE WARRANTY

For added piece of mind, we offer a comprehensive aftercare warranty, available in 12 month blocks from time of planting (for 3 years). Plants under the earthart uk warranty are subject to a comprehensive maintenance programme to ensure the continued success of your planting scheme. This involves 4 seasonal
inspection visits to feed, check plant condition and carry out light maintenance in preparation for each season. Each visit will be followed by a written report into the current state of the planting, any remedial work that should be performed and suggestions of future development.

Assuming that access and site conditions are the same as at time of planting, and subject to plant availability, any plant that fails during the warranty period will be replaced like for like and failed plants removed.

The warranty replaces any plant that fails during the period of cover, excluding plants that fail through malicious damage or vandalism, failure by the client, employees, staff, agents or sub-contractors. Death due to fire, drought, storm, excessive wind, water, logging, earthquake, human or animal interference (including beetle attack) and pollution, both airborne and soil borne, are also excluded.

TOTAL COST (12 month period, excluding VAT) £1200.00

Should you wish us to visit your garden once during the year following planting to review the scheme and produce a written report (as above) we would be pleased to arrange an individual planting assesment, for a fixed fee of £300.00 + VAT if booked within 12 months of planting. We would undertake to replace any failing plants that become apparent at that meeting subject to the above restrictions.
